Novak Druce adds three litigators in California

Novak Druce Connolly Bove + Quigg has hired three IP litigators in its Northern California offices

Duane Mathiowetz, Patricia Peden and Rick Chang practiced together at Howrey, where they litigated and tried patent infringement cases. After taking divergent paths, they joined Novak Druce to practice again alongside a number of former Howrey colleagues now at Novak Druce.

Mathiowetz is a registered patent attorney, and has litigated cases in district courts throughout the country and before the International Trade Commission.

Peden’s practice focuses on complex litigation, with an emphasis on patent infringement cases.

Chang joins from Apple, and is a registered patent attorney with experience in intellectual property litigation and transactions.
