Eversheds hires South African IP team

Johannesburg firm SJ Pluke Attorneys has merged with Eversheds South Africa

Sara-Jane Pluke (right) joins the UK-headquartered firm as a partner and head of IP in South Africa.

Two other lawyers also join the firm as associates.

Pluke recently advised Grandmark in its successful design rights case against BMW over car spare parts.
