Next USPTO software meeting in Berkeley

The USPTO will hold its third software partnership meeting on October 17 in Berkeley, California

The meeting will take place at UC Berkeley School of Law from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.

It will include feedback from the two roundtables held in Silicon Valley and New York in February this year, a summary of written comments received, an update on the USPTO’s response to public comments and the White House executive actions and a discussion on functional claiming.
