Steptoe & Johnson has recruited Administrative Law Judge Robert Rogers, who recently retired from the International Trade Commission (ITC), to its Century City and Washington, DC offices.
Rogers joins the firm’s IP department as senior counsel. He was appointed to the ITC in July 2008 and spent five years presiding as a judge over Section 337 proceedings. Approximately 95% of his proceedings involved patent rights.
