Pillsbury recruits patent partner in Northern Virginia

Pillsbury has recruited Qian Huang, a lawyer who handles patent procurement and litigation, as a partner in its Northern Viriginia office.

Huang, who holds a doctorate in computer science and engineering, joins the firm’s IP practice from Dentons. She regularly works with clients from China, advising on strategic portfolio development, post-grant proceedings, and patent licensing/transactions. She also has experience in patent litigation, representing clients in proceedings before the ITC and US district courts.
