The two attorneys previously practiced together at Dickstein Shapiro, where Weisburd was deputy leader of the firm-wide IP group.

Weisburd (left) advises international technology clients in patent, trade mark, copyright, and computer law matters. He represents companies in litigation, licensing agreements, and procuring patent and trade mark rights.

LaCava (right) focuses on prosecution and enforcement of patent and trade mark rights, and general counsel on IP issues.
