The new firm launched on March 1.

It will comprise partners Paul Kreijger, Dirk Visser and Jacqueline Schaap (pictured, left to right) as well as lawyers Naomi Ketelaar and Patty de Leeuwe.

Schaap is an IP and media litigator, with particular expertise in the use of portraits and images, and hidden cameras in TV shows.

Visser is a professor at Leiden University and specialises in trade mark and copyright law.

Kreijger is the only one of the group not joining from Klos Morel. He comes from Linklaters, where he headed the Dutch EU and competition practice.

Klos Morel Vos & Schaap has now changed its name to Klos Morel Vos & Reeskamp.
