Artinian is a dual-qualified UK and Australian lawyer who specialises in trade mark, design and copyright work, including IP licensing, sponsorship, franchising, IP structuring, product launches and promotions, portfolio management and multi-jurisdictional disputes.

He has particular expertise in sports sponsorship. During his time at Freshfields he advised the London Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games and the IOC on the IP, sponsorship, advertising, and consumer law aspects of the London 2012 Games.
