Baltic firms team up

Three law firms from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania have joined together under the name Ellex

The new entity comprises Raidla Ellex in Estonia (formerly Raidla Lejins & Norcous Estonia), Klavins Ellex in Latvia (previously LAWIN Riga) and Valiunas Ellex in Lithuania (previously LAWIN Vilnius).

Raidla Ellex was established in 1993 and the firm’s lawyers have participated in drafting more than 40 laws in Estonia.

Klavins Ellex and Valiunas Ellex were both set up in 1992. The former has 34 lawyers and the latter has more than 90 legal professionals.
