Aditi Roy Chowdhury

Aditi is a senior associate at RNA, Technology and IP Attorneys and has been working with the enforcement team since 2024. She has experience in handling a diverse range of matters involving trademarks, copyright, and designs, including securing rights and protecting them against infringers and counterfeiters. Aditi also has experience in drafting and vetting various kinds of contracts and handling domain name disputes under the .IN Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy and the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy. Additionally, she appears before the Trademarks Registry and represents clients at hearings.

Aditi has a BA LLB (Hons) from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Media Laws from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad.
