UK IP Minister talks about UPC post-Brexit result
Baroness Neville-Rolfe has said that the UK’s position on the UPC and Unitary Patent system will not be known anytime soon. The Minister has also invited UK stakeholders to be involved in the discussions which will lead to a decision
At the UNION-IP UK reception in London last night Neville-Rolfe talked about a number of issues, including when we are likely to know the UK’s position on the UPC and Unitary Patent system.
