Companion trade secrets bill introduced in House of Representatives
The Trade Secrets Protection Act of 2014 has been introduced in the US House of Representatives by Representatives George Holding, Howard Coble, John Conyers, Steve Chabot, Jerrold Nadler and Hakeem Jefferies
The bill is companion legislation to the Defend Trade Secrets Act, which was introduced in the Senate by Senators Christopher Coons and Orrin Hatch at the end of April.
