Australia publishes wrong draft of copyright paper
The Australian government has launched a review into the scope of its safe harbour scheme for internet service providers
On October 14 Australia's Attorney-General Robert McClelland set out the details in a the consultation paper.
"Amending the safe harbour scheme would provide greater certainty for many entities dealing with copyright materials online," said McClelland in a speech.
