Failed copyright bill keeps Canada on USTR priority list
America’s two largest trading partners – Canada and China – remain at the top of the USTR’s list of countries with ineffective IP protection and enforcement
The annual Special 301 Report was released yesterday and includes 42 countries on the Priority Watch List, the Watch List or under Section 306 monitoring.
China received the most attention, with more than six pages devoted to its country report.
