Apps are becoming a growing source of trade mark infringement, and complaints procedures aren’t yet up to scratch, according to brand owners
Apps, or online applications, are programs that internet users download on to their smartphones or computers. They are a different source of infringement to websites or social media and can be harder to search for trade mark use.
