Judges take on technology challenge
Judges from the US, EU and China have claimed that, in the absence of legal reform, they will have to be responsible for helping the law keep pace with technology
They were speaking at a session entitled "The next 10 years in IP" at the Global Forum on IP, which took place in Singapore last week
