An Irish court has declined to grant an injunction against broadband supplier UPC in a case brought by five record labels

Justice Peter Charleton of the Irish High Court today turned down the application made by the record companies - EMI, Sony, Warner Brothers, Universal and Wea International - against broadband supplier UPC Communications Ireland.
