Discount patent litigation comes to the UK
Patent practitioners in the UK have welcomed changes to the Patents County Court, due to come into effect on October 1, saying they will make it easier to bring IP cases
New rules for the Court were made on July 29, as part of the Civil Procedure (Amendment No 2) Rules 2010. They incorporate changes recommended by the IP Court Users Committee last year.
