Companies can be authors, says Singapore court
A Singapore court has ruled that copyright can be owned by companies as well as individuals, in a dispute between two horse racing publications
On July 30 the High Court ruled that Asia Pacific Publishing, the publisher of
Racing Guide, was guilty of passing off and infringing the copyright of racing tables in Punter's Way, which is produced by Pioneers & Leaders.
