Take our survey on artificial intelligence and patents

Managing IP logo

Managing IP invites its in-house counsel readers to take its survey on patenting AI, patenting AI-invented innovations and how AI could streamline the patenting process. Help inform the industry and, in the process, inform yourselves

If you are an in-house lawyer, please take our in-house focused survey on patents and artificial intelligence (AI) here: https://www.surveygizmo.eu/s3/90121294/AIPatentSurvey

The poll should not take longer than six minutes to complete and participation is confidential. Data collected will NOT be shared with third parties and will only be published in an AGGREGATED and ANONYMISED form.

AI has taken the world by storm. Tech companies are investing enormous amounts into its development and traditionally non-tech companies are exploring how it can enhance their products – the most well-reported example of that being autonomous vehicles.

AI also presents opportunities for businesses to automate certain functions and free up employees' time.

We are looking to gain and share insight on AI's impact on patenting strategies in businesses across different industries.

This survey is broken up into three sections of five questions (13 multiple choice questions and two free text questions) on:

·         Patenting AI and products making use of AI

·         Using AI to discover inventions, and starting AI collaborations

·         Using AI to streamline the patenting process

All respondents will also be sent a free copy of the report once it is finished.
