The mix of industry and private practice speakers includes in-house counsel from IBM, Intellectual Ventures, Vringo, Shire Pharmaceuticals, Avon, Johnson & Johnson and Mondelez Global.

The San Jose event on December 10 is at the Fairmont San Jose Hotel features speakers from 3IP, Zonare, Inventergy, Google, Broadcom, Bio-Rad Laboratories and DuPont Industrial Biosciences.
