Nathan Kelley named acting PTAB Chief Judge
Nathan Kelley, who was previously solicitor of the USPTO, has been named as the acting chief judge of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board
Kelley (top right) became deputy general counsel for intellectual property law and solicitor at the USPTO in November 2013. He previously worked at the Federal Circuit as a judicial law clerk to Judge Randall Rader.
