Katherine Basile (far right), former co-chair of Novak Druce’s trade mark practice, joins the Silicon Valley office as a partner. Jason Garcia joins in Silicon Valley as counsel and is a former USPTO examining attorney with experience in the clearance and prosecution of trade marks, portfolio management and enforcement.
