European judges are at odds over how to deal with the growth in work before the General Court, which hears cases from European institutions, including Community trade mark and Community design appeals from OHIM
The Court of Justice of the EU has set out why it believes the number of General Court judges should be doubled, as European politicians raise doubts about the costs involved and the nationality of any new appointees.
