Ex-Freshfields lawyers set up new firm in Barcelona

Sergio Miralles and Elena Molina have set up an IP/IT boutique law firm in Barcelona called Intangibles

The two Spanish lawyers previously worked at Freshfields, which has closed its Barcelona office.

Miralles said they will continue to handle the matters they had on the table while at Freshfields.
