BakerHostetler adds trade mark partner in California

Farah Bhatti has joined BakerHostetler as partner in its trade mark team, resident in Costa Mesa

She joins BakerHostetler from Buchalter Nemer

Bhatti focuses her practice on all aspects of trade mark prosecution, including advising, counseling, and securing trade mark protection for clients.

Bhatti was previously a trade mark examining attorney at the USPTO, where she examined more than 2,000 trade mark applications and represented the USPTO before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
