Unified Patent Court – latest developments explained

Discussions about details of the new EU Unified Patent Court are intensifying – as last week’s letter from a coalition of companies and trade associations including Apple, Google, Microsoft and Samsung showed – with further developments expected this month

The letter repeated concerns raised last September regarding the rules of procedure for the Unified Patent. At that time, the 15th draft of the rules had been circulated for public comment.
