Nokia prevails in High Court patent battle

The High Court in London has backed Nokia’s claim that HTC infringed one of its patents, which the Taiwanese handset maker had argued was invalid

The High Court upheld Nokia’s patent EP 0998024 and ruled that a number of HTC products, including the HTC One, infringe it.
