Bracewell & Giuliani expands IP litigation practice

Bracewell & Giuliani has added IP litigator Douglas Stewart, previously ofDorsey & Whitney, to the firm’s Seattle IP litigation practice.


Stewart joins the firm as a partner, along with associate Jared Schuettenhelm. Stewart is a registered patent attorney who focuses on patent infringement litigation and counselling. He has expertise in wireless network encryption, database optimisation, telematics, cellular network data transmission, computer hardware and software and chemical preservatives. He has experience assisting Japanese technology companies with US patent issues.
