They both have more than 20 years of experience handling patent litigation involving a broad range of technologies in the life sciences.

Slater (top right) has served as lead counsel to companies such as Gilead, Merck, and Sanofi.

Sephton (bottom right) has been involved in litigating and trying patent cases for a number of technology leaders, including Emory University, Astra Zeneca, Novartis and Warner Chilcott.

The move follows Kramer Levin’s recent hiring of Christine Willgoos, a life sciences patent litigator who came from Paul Hastings.
