Kilpatrick Townsend hires DC chemistry and life sciences team

Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton has added a chemistry and life sciences team to its Washington, DC office, joining from boutique intellectual property law firm Roberts Mlotkowski Safran & Cole

The team comprises partners Justin Krieger, Keith Fredlake and Jeffrey Gendzwill, along with counsel Rodney Rothwell and associates Nicoletta Kennedy and Troy Petersen.

Krieger (top right) is a registered patent attorney who focuses his practice on client counseling, district court and patent office litigation, and patent prosecution, with a technical expertise in chemistry, chemical engineering, medical devices, nanotechnology, mechanical engineering, and consumer products.


Fredlake (middle right) is a registered patent attorney who focuses his practice on intellectual property matters, including drafting and prosecuting patent applications, primarily in the chemical and life sciences industry.

Gendzwill (bottom right) is a registered patent attorney who concentrates his practice on patent-related matters with a focus on client counseling, portfolio strategy and management, domestic and foreign patent preparation and prosecution, and enforcement primarily in the chemical and life sciences industry.
