Brad Newberg joins McGuireWoods from Reed Smith

Brad Newberg has joined McGuireWoods' intellectual property litigation and patents department as a partner in Tysons Corner, Virginia

Newberg was previously at the Falls Church, Virginia, office of Reed Smith.

He has 15 years of experience in intellectual property litigation and counselling, including a specific focus on copyright, trademark and domain name matters. 

Newberg has practiced before various federal trial and appellate courts, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, Copyright Arbitration Royalty Panels, the Copyright Royalty Board, and state courts. He has been an expert witness in copyright and trademark cases.
