Four litigators have joined the firm’s New York office: Holland (right), a trial lawyer who has focused on cases related to pharmaceuticals, medical devices, chemicals, and consumer products; Robert Cerwinski, who has concentrated primarily on pharmaceutical and biological matters; Huiya Wu, has handled all of the phases of US patent litigation, including investigations before the trial, fact-checking, as well as various trial and post-trial duties; and Cynthia Hardman, who has represented clients in the pharmaceutical, nutritional supplement, medical device, and consumer product industries.

William James has joined as a litigator in Goodwin Proctor’s Washington, DC office. He has advised biotech and pharmaceutical companies on due diligence, prosecution, licensing, and freedom-to-operate issues.
