Andersen replaces Gutierrez as IP head at Microsoft

Erich Andersen has taken over from Horacio Gutierrez as head of the innovation and intellectual property group at Microsoft

Andersen was previously leading the LCA business development and evangelism team

Gutierrez (right), who was in his previous role for eight years, will now be leading the products and services group in the legal and corporate affairs department.

Gutierrez retains the titles of corporate vice-president and deputy general counsel. Anderson also holds the titles of vice-president and deputy general counsel.
