A February 2 UDRP decision from WIPO, published yesterday, was strongly critical of Prime Pictures' complaint.

"Any reasonable investigation would have revealed that there was a fundamental weakness in the Complainant's case," wrote the three-person panel, which comprised Jonathan Turner, Hoda Barakat and David H Bernstein.
