Helen Wu is Commercial, Advertising, and Intellectual Property Counsel at JetBlue. Her primary areas of expertise are in advertising law, social media platforms, trademarks and copyright, global privacy and commercial contracts. She also advises on commercial contracts, technology contracts, licensing of content, anti-trust issues and privacy and data protection.
She partners with the brand, advertising, promotions, corporate communications, CSR, sustainability, partnerships, technology, revenue management, distribution, Latin America and Caribbean group and JetBlue Vacations teams.
Helen completed her law degree in New South Wales, Australia where she is licensed to practice as well as in New York. She has extensive experience as an Advertising and Marketing Law counsel having previously worked at MRY, a Publicis owned digital agency based in New York and experience in the travel industry within the legal team at Orbitz, an online travel agency while based in Australia. Prior to that she was a contracts and litigation lawyer at DLA Piper.
She loves all things digital and social media and when not online, she's onboard a JetBlue plane traveling the world.
