Randy Berholtz currently serves as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development, General Counsel, and Secretary of Innovus Pharmaceuticals, an emerging over-the-counter pharmaceutical company located in San Diego. In his role at Innovus Pharma®, he protects over 25 OTC product brands in the U.S. and foreign jurisdictions.

Randy has been active in life sciences and pharmaceuticals for a significant part of his career and was most recently a founding partner of the Sorrento Valley Law Group and the former Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of Apricus Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: APRI), a specialty pharmaceutical company.

Randy has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University, a Master of Arts degree from Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar, a Juris Doctor degree from Yale Law School, where he was a Senior Editor of the Yale Law Journal, and an MBA from the University of San Diego School of Business.

Nikki Hart is part of the smart and nimble Business & Legal Affairs group at AXS Group LLC, a digital marketing and ticketing company that provides ticketing and marketing services to over 200 venues worldwide for live sports and music events.  Her strategic legal and business counsel helps build bridges, develop relationships, and grow AXS’s fast-paced and competitive business. 

Prior to this, Nikki worked for Speedo, where she was a critical member of the strategic management team from 2011-2016.  Originally focused on managing all of Speedo’s legal work, including two critical Olympic years, she went on to manage projects outside legal critical to a multi-dynamic systems, operations, and structural transition.  Following law school, she worked for the National Football League as Associate Counsel, supporting the League office and all Member Clubs on intellectual property, litigation, marketing and advertising matters from 2005 – 2011.

Nikki earned her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University.  She went on to get her MSW from New York University and JD from St. John’s University.

Tammy Brandt is chief legal and people officer at Dreamscape Immersive (“Dreamscape”). Tammy is responsible for all legal and business affairs, including human resources, for the virtual reality company backed by Steven Spielberg and several movie studios. Prior to Dreamscape, Tammy was the chief corporate counsel at DXC Technology Company (“DXC” and previously known as Computer Sciences Corporation), a fortune 100 end-to-end IT services company where she led a global team responsible for securities, corporate finance, M&A, strategic alliances and corporate governance matters. Previously she was the Vice President, general counsel and corporate secretary of ServiceMesh, an enterprise grade cloud management software company that was recognized as one of the hottest start-ups in the United States and was acquired in November 2013 by Computer Sciences Corporation.

Ms. Brandt was a member of the Board of Directors of the Southern California Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC-SoCal) and a previous member of the Executive Committee for ACC-SoCal. Tammy is a graduate of the Notre Dame Law School where she was on the Notre Dame Law Review.

Carlos Perez is the founding and managing partner of Calderon & De La Sierra and has devoted his professional life to Intellectual Property. While his principal activities have traditionally encompassed litigation and enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights, he has also been active in counseling, prosecution, searches and strategy for both patents and trademarks.

He frequently lectures in Mexico and abroad on a wide range of Intellectual Property Issues, and has actively collaborated with the Mexican Patent and Trademark Office and with professional associations involving Intellectual Property in legislative efforts and educational events pertaining to Intellectual Property Issues.

Carlos is a professor of Patent Law and Intellectual Property Law for post-graduate courses at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and has been a visiting professor of Intellectual Property at the University of California in Los Angeles and at Universidad Anáhuac in Mexico City.

Daniel M. Goldberg is an associate in the Privacy & Data Security Group at Frankfurt Kurnit, where he focuses on social media and other digital media, advertising, and technology work. He structures and negotiates complex agreements involving the collection, use, storage, and monetization of confidential data, and advises on compliance programs and data breach response. He regularly counsels advertisers, publishers, and technology providers on Ad Tech issues including the potential implications of data analytics, programmatic, video content, children's content, profiling, and interest-based advertising. He also works with organizations to prepare for the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Mr. Goldberg is a frequent speaker on social media and other digital media matters, and has participated in Social Media Week and guest-lectured at the University of Southern California.
