Levine has more than three decades of experience working on matters related to Section 337 litigation. During her 25-year tenure as director of OUII, she supervised more than 500 Section 337 patent-based investigations.

In addition to patent-based investigations, Levine worked on investigations involving other intellectual property rights and forms of unfair competition, including trademark infringement and trade secret misappropriation.

She left OUII in 2012 and has worked as a consultant since then.
