The General Court of the Court of Justice of the EU rules in Antrax It v OHMI - THC (Radiateurs de chauffage); and tesa v OHMI - Superquímica (9tesa TACK).

Wednesday November 14

The General Court of the Court of Justice of the EU rules in Evonik Industries v OHMI - Impulso Industrial Alternativo (Impulso creador).

Thursday November 15

The Court of Justice in the EU rules in three IP cases: Raiffeisen-Waren-Zentrale Rhein-Main, a dispute related to Community plant variety rights; Bericap, a dispute that concerns rules relating to the invalidity of utility models; and Verband Deutscher Prädikats- und Qualitätsweingüter v OHMI, over OHIM’s decision not to register the word mark 'GG' as a CTM for goods in Class 33. The advocate general will also issue an opinion in Fédération Cynologique Internationale, a dispute over the right to enforce a CTM.

The UK Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys holds a two-day 2012 CIPA Life Sciences Conference in Luton.
