Google challenges rogue sites bill
A House bill that targets so-called rogue web sites has sparked a battle between technology companies and IP owners that some members of Congress called the most volatile in more than a decade
The battleground was a House Judiciary Committee hearing held today on HR-3261, the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) by chairman Lamar Smith of Texas.
