Barnier commits to enhanced cooperation on EU patent
The European Commission will respond to a request to create an EU patent based on enhanced cooperation “within a few weeks”, Internal Market Commissioner Michel Barnier said today
Speaking at the IP Summit in Brussels, Barnier said he believed 23 or 24 member states could agree the latest proposal from the Belgian Presidency of the EU.
