Vietnam decree a boost for brand owners

A new decree that came into effect in Vietnam yesterday could give an important boost to brand owners trying to enforce their trade marks in the country
The government issued decree no 97/2010/ND-CP on Sanctioning Administrations in the Field of Industrial Property in September this year as part of the regulations that will implement revisions to the country's IP Law.
