Bilski: what the delay means

Over 200 days have passed since In re Bilski was argued before the US Supreme Court, leaving the patent community to wonder what the delay might mean

Before Bilski, the longest wait for a patent decision from the High Court was in KSR v Teleflex, which took 153 days to be issued. Bilski is now at 213 days and counting.
