Viacom accuses YouTube of intentional infringement

Viacom last week revealed the text of an 82-page statement accusing YouTube and Google of hosting 62,637 infringing clips on YouTube’s video sharing site

The Statement of Undisputed Facts includes excerpts of email conversations among YouTube founders Chad Hurley, Steve Chen and Jawed Karim in which the three discussed how to deal with the presence of infringing material on the site.
