NZ will still cut internet access under file-sharing plans
New Zealand’s government has made its second attempt to use legislation to crack down on online copyright infringement
Commerce Minister Simon Power introduced the Copyright (Infringing File Sharing) Amendment Bill on February 23.
The new Bill provides certainty and makes the process much fairer, said Kevin Glover, a barrister at Shortland Chambers in Auckland.
