LVMH awarded €200,000 damages from eBay
A French tribunal has ordered eBay to pay luxury brand group LVMH €200,000 for using misspellings of Louis Vuitton to link to the auction site
The ruling, on February 11, also ordered eBay to pay 30,000 in legal costs and to pay 1,000 in damages every time it used search engine keywords that harmed the brand.
