Onel decision appealed in The Hague
Leno Merken has appealed the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property’s recent decision in the Onel/Omel case to the Appeal Court in The Hague
The decision caused controversy after the Office ruled last month that Leno Merkens use of its Community trade mark Onel in just one EU member state (the Netherlands) was not sufficient to constitute genuine use of the right.
