Amicus curiae briefs published in EPO software patent case
The Enlarged Board of Appeal (EBA) of the European Patent Office has received more than 35 amicus curiae briefs in a controversial case over the patentability of software
Thirty-seven submissions had been published on the EPOs website by the deadline of April 30.
It is understood that more submissions were made before the deadline, but they have not yet been published.
