Advocate general says when a generics company sends an amended summary of product characteristics with a carve out to the authorisation authority, that act has the effect of limiting marketing authorisation

In a new development in European skinny labelling litigation, an EU top adviser recommended yesterday that sending an amended summary of product characteristics to the relevant marketing authority should have the effect of limiting marketing authorisation of a generics product.
