European Commission makes Brexit IP proposal

Patent and trade mark attorneys have welcomed the European Commission's plans for unitary IP rights after Brexit

Brexit-168.In a five-page paper circulated to the 27 remaining EU member states ahead of a meeting on September 7, the Commission set out five "general principles" for negotiations with the UK government over IP rights.
